The client requested a CATA+ fit-out, similar to other units in this office building, to enhance both the value and the aesthetics. The existing unit was previously divided into two offices, resulting in some dark and awkward spaces. Our design aims to reconfigure the space for a seamless and functional flow under a unified aesthetic.
We’re using earthy tones with pops of blue and natural timbers to create a sophisticated, modern look. To improve functionality, we’ve added an enclosed meeting room and two phone booths—one for group meetings and another for individual calls. A new kitchen, bespoke banquette, and slatted timber wall will open up the entrance and bring in more light. Our carefully selected furnishings will balance texture, natural materials, and colour, ensuring the office design meets our vision perfectly.
