This office was overdue for a refurbishment, to fulfil the desires of our new working environments and compete with the area’s competitive prices. The client wanted a CATA+ fit-out, which consisted of reconfiguring the spatial layout, applying cohesive and calming finishes and designing bespoke furniture. The previous tenants had left behind a reasonable amount of good-quality plywood, which gave us a perfect opportunity to reuse and repurpose this material into functional shelving and sideboards.

The task area and breakout area have been divided by a birch spindle wall to add an element of separation between work and relaxation without compromising the external light. Adding individual phone booths, hot-seating, casual/formal meeting rooms and cosy breakout areas allows the user and the company to evolve effortlessly in an office that promotes new working standards.
