The brief required the space to comfortably accommodate 12 workstations, alongside a generous six-person meeting room and an integrated phone booth for private calls. Existing features, including the red brick wall and expansive steel-framed window, anchor the scheme and allow light to move freely throughout. This informed the materials and colour palette, enhancing rather than competing with these elements.
The teapoint is defined by a black-and-white chequered floor, with the kitchen subtly referencing Mid-Century Modern influences. This graphic language continues into the bathroom spaces, where contrasting tiles and grout colours are used to introduce texture and visual interest. Transforming otherwise utilitarian areas into moments of character and joy.
