This East London project involves transforming a former three-storey office, once occupied by a single company, into three independent workspaces. Each floor was restructured to include essential amenities: a kitchen, a toilet, and a meeting room, tailored to support small creative studios of up to ten people. While a consistent design aesthetic runs throughout the building, each level is distinguished through bold colour blocking that defines zones and enhances wayfinding. Housed in a former textile mill, the space retains its original character, featuring beautiful curved brick walls and expansive loading doors that give each floor a unique architectural charm.
